The Story of Château de Miremont
Tucked away in the rolling hills of the Minervois, Southern France, Château de Miremont is a family-owned boutique vineyard rooted in heritage, and reimagined through the vision of our winemakers.
The estate spans a modest yet precious 20 hectares, home to old, low-yield vines of Grenache and Syrah that thrive in schist and limestone-rich soils. These vines, some over 80 years old, produce fruit with remarkable intensity and character, offering the raw material for wines of uncommon depth.
When our founder discovered Château de Miremont in 2014, it was not with the intention to replicate, but to unleash the full potential of the terroir by applying a standard of excellence inspired by the world’s finest wines.
Through careful viticulture, hand harvesting, and patient aging in oak barrels, each bottle becomes a quiet transmission of connoisseurship, a way of passing on decades of fine wine appreciation, from our family to those who seek mastery in every glass.
